Dream Conversations with Mary Beth Bronk:  October 18, 25, November 1 and 8 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm.  Join Mary Beth as she introduces basic dreaming concepts in this Introduction to Dreaming Workshop.  She will begin by discussing journaling, active dreaming, and the Lightning Dreamwork method of Robert Moss.  From there the group will circle the topics of dream history, personal dreams and how to move forward.  Some people claim they don’t dream.   Perhaps it is more a function of dream recall, which will intertwine the four weeks of conversations and activities in this mini workshop.  Free and open to all.
